What does Boost Mulch do in Pokemon X and Y?

• Mulch to be used in a Berry Field. It increases the Berry harvest that can be grown by diligent watering.
• When placed on loamy soil, it increases the amount of berries grown by 25%, but it makes the soil dry quicker.
